CLARK COUNTY COMMUNITY
BULLETIN
There are a lot of valuable events taking place in the Clark County community at large. We want to make those events available to our church family. Take a look below at the classes and events offered in our community. If you have an event you'd like to see promoted here please fill out this submission form.
READ NW
BECOME A READING MENTOR
Read NW strives to elevate early childhood literacy, encourage community involvement, and inspire children with self confidence so that we can positively impact a child's life and the welfare of our community through literacy. Read NW recruits volunteers in our community and train them to become Reading Mentors to youth (K-3rd grade) in Clark County. If you are interested in serving your community in this way, apply here.
GRIEF SHARE
DATES VARY
A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
