Join us for CULTIVATE - our 4 - session growth track series! This class is designed to help you get connected at Church on the Rock! It is the best way to meet new people, get to know COTR, grow in your relationship with Jesus and find your place in ministry. As you complete these classes you will be prepared and equipped for a fruitful life of ministry in Christ and relationship with His church.

STARTING POINT
We value unity as a church family. Come and discover who we are. Find out what we believe, what our vision and mission are, and how we aim to accomplish them. This session will help us make sure we start out on the same page.

ELEVATE + CULTIVATE
In this second session, we will focus on the first two parts of our mission: Elevating Jesus and Cultivating Relationships through community, the Word, and prayer. Together, we’ll explore how these practices enrich our faith and strengthen our connections with God and one another.

EQUIP + EXTEND
In the third session, we will explore what the scriptures say about living a spirit-filled life and how we discover and operate in spiritual gifts. You will take a gift assessment to discover the specific gift(s) that God has given you and how you can make a difference in the kingdom.

CONNECT
In this final session, we will explore the importance of teams and what it means to take the next step at COTR. We will do this through small group discussions, sharing testimonies, identifying our gifting, and listening the the Lord’s direction.
